ARTHUR LEONARD PHILLIPS We regret to announce the passing of Arthur Phillips, recently of Great Cambridge Road, Tottenham and then Seaford, Sussex. Arthur will be remembered for his voluntary work in the borough, especially in education, and will be sadly missed by former colleagues, friends and family. He was 84. Mourners are welcome to attend his funeral which will take place on Friday 17th July, 1.45 pm at Woodvale Lodge, Brighton.
