The Breakfast Club is hoping to convert bacon lovers and sausage sandwich fans alike with the launch of new plant-based meals during Veganuary.
Redefine Meat is partnering with The Breakfast Club for two specials launching on January 2.
The Works is a veggie and vegan fry-up, while the Posh Sausage Sandwich is made with Redefine Meat’s bratwurst.
The Redefine Meat burger will be available as the new plant-based cheeseburger.
Tom Williams, marketing manager at The Breakfast Club, said: “We're very excited to be working with Redefine Meat in order to give our diners an unbeatable plant-based experience, which even the biggest meat lovers can get their chops around.”
The Breakfast Club has restaurants in Islington's Camden Passage, Hoxton, Hackney Wick, Spitalfields and across London.
The Berwick Street branch in Soho will be 100% veggie and vegan for January.
