An e-scooter rider was rushed to hospital after a crash with a van.
Emergency services were called to Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, at the junction with Farringdon Road just before 3.15pm on Friday (November 17).
Officers from the Metropolitan Police attended alongside London Ambulance Service.
The rider of the electric scooter, a man aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital.
He had sustained injuries in the crash that have since been assessed as “not life threatening”.
Police said that the van stopped at the scene and that no arrests have been made.
Road closures were put in place while emergency services worked at the scene. These had been lifted by around 10pm.
A police spokesperson said that enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
