A man is in critical condition after a crash in the early morning.
Endymion Road near Finsbury Park was closed both ways for over 10 hours today (July 18) after a crash.
Police were called at 5.38am and found a 35-year-old motorcyclist injured.
He was taken to an east London hospital where his condition remains critical but stable.
No other vehicles are thought to have been involved in this collision, the Metropolitan Police said.
Enquires continue to confirm the circumstances.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “Our crews treated one man, before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road.”
There was slow traffic between B138 Alroy Road and A105 Green Lanes.
The W5 bus route was also detoured for much of the day due to the closure.
Anyone who witnessed this incident or has dashcam footage should call police on 101 or contact @MetCC on X quoting 1049/18JUL.
